Pick N Parse — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-28
Pick N Parse ("the extension") helps you save web pages as structured bookmarks to your personal Pick N Parse library.
What we collect
- Account information. When you sign in (email/password or Google), we store your authentication session locally in the browser and use it to identify your account.
- Pages you save. When you bookmark a page, we collect its URL and title, plus any fields you add (tags, authors, source, format, status, notes, "value to me").
We do not read or collect the content of pages you browse. The extension only acts on the page you explicitly choose to save.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to provide the bookmarking feature: saving, organizing, and displaying your bookmarks in your Pick N Parse account and web reader. Data is transmitted over HTTPS to the Pick N Parse backend (api.picknparse.com) and stored in our database (Supabase), scoped to your account.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your data for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the extension's function.
- We do not share your data with third parties except the infrastructure providers required to run the service (Vercel, Supabase).
Your control
Bookmarks are private to your account. You can delete bookmarks at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below.
